Factors Influencing Teaching Quality in Universities: Analyzing Causal Relationships Based on Neutrosophic DEMATEL

While teaching quality has been widely studied, this work advances the domain literature by evaluating factors influencing in order to determine their causal relationships and eventually identify those crucial factors. With ten obtained from a comprehensive review of literature, neutrosophic decision-making trial evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method is used model these case public universities Philippines. The DEMATEL handles among quality, while vagueness associated with experts eliciting judgments within modeled single-valued numbers.
